Keys inside is different from all keys lost
If the keys are visible inside the vehicle, the immediate question is authorized access. If no key is available, the request may require cutting and programming a replacement. Tell us if you have a spare nearby; a working key can change the options, equipment and time involved.
Describe the symptom clearly
Does the remote fail while the mechanical key still works? Does the vehicle recognize the fob but not start? Has a key bent or broken? These details help separate a lock problem from a key, battery or other vehicle issue. Do not keep forcing a key that feels damaged or a cylinder that will not turn.
Garages and curbside locations
Give the actual garage access point and level, not only the destination above it. Note any access restriction or height clearance you already know. Around offices, apartments and event venues, the parking entrance may be on a different street. Stay somewhere you can safely receive a call and guide access.
Confirm compatibility before scheduling
Vehicle systems vary by year, model and equipment. Ask whether your exact vehicle and requested key type are supported, what proof of ownership is needed and whether an existing or customer-supplied fob can be used. No website list can replace that check for the particular vehicle.
