Office and managed-building requests
A locked office suite is different from a problem at the building’s main access point. Coordinate with management or security about admitting the service visitor and approving the work. For rekeying, confirm whether the cylinder is part of a broader building key system.
Residential and university-managed spaces
If you live in managed or university housing, contact the responsible housing office about the approved access process. For privately managed apartments, have the owner or manager’s authorization available. The site does not imply authority to change campus or government-controlled locks.
Underground vehicle access
A garage lobby address can differ from its vehicle entrance. Give the ramp location, level and parking marker along with the car’s year, make and model. If access is controlled, establish how an authorized visitor can reach the vehicle before scheduling.
